Inspiration
We were constantly on talk with customer support of Walmart, Target, or mobile providers to resolve issues. Thats when it clicked we can automate our end of the talk through few quick steps and we can save and spend our time with our precious ones and do the stuff we actually would have missed because of staying on call with the chatbot.
What it does
Its an AI Powered assistant that eliminates the frustration of waiting on hold or navigating endless IVR menus. Instead of wasting time with customer support lines, users simply tell CUSSBOT what they need whether it’s a refund, a return, a hotel booking, or a car rental—and the bot handles the entire conversation with the provider’s system. By combining retrieval-augmented intelligence with natural voice interaction, CUSSBOT delivers faster resolutions, saves customers valuable time, and transforms support into a seamless experience.”
How we built it
Frontend is built in Flutter while the backend is built in Fast API, the user gives a promt which is then feeded into our NLP to understand the requirements and extract information which is used as input in our Agentic AI framework and which further builds/ carries conversations on it. You can look through the call logs summarize and make sense of the conversation and the way it flows.
Challenges we ran into
Agentic AI connections, understanding user prompts, parsing data and transferring/connecting call from agents to user device.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're proud of the learning curve we achieved while challenging us in this 24 hr hackathon. We learnt alot as both of us did this for the very first time, diving deeper and learning the way structure flows through everything was truly something I see using in future
