Curtail Call - Original Music Video

Inspiration

This is something that's really special to me. This week was one of the worst in my life, pain I can barely put into words but it led me to create this. We all face issues in our lives and I find it really hard to share mine. During it, though, I couldn't stop thinking about the current world conditions. Because no matter what we go through, I cannot compare it to the kids caught in this chaos-wars tearing homes apart, destroying countless futures. The Ukraine/Russia war has claimed innumerable lives, the Israel/Palestine war has buried so many under rubble that should've been playing under the sun. Then there's Pakistan and India, nuclear powers at the brink of war. One misstep could unleash a catastrophe unlike ever before. It's not just them there's also Sudan's Civil War, Myanmar's violence, and the countless other forgotten conflicts leading to loss of lives that aren't just numbers, they're families shattered, dreams and hopes destroyed. People in charge of governments take actions against each other without thinking of the repercussions it has on countless children all around the world. I truly do believe that everyone has good in them and NO ONE WANTS WAR-but ridiculous narratives create unnecessary hatred between innocent people. No principle, law, or religion endorses the bloodshed we're witnessing. What's happening in our surrounding and the entire world takes a toll on all of us, amplifying the negativity we all feel. Is this really the world we want to create? Fighting for resources, land, and money all of which are purely greed? We live in a time where reaching Mars is a possibility. Every day there are countless breakthroughs in tech, science, and medicine. Yet people in charge are leading us to the inevitable destruction of our planet. It's really easy to push buttons and send countless soldiers to kill each other from the comforts of desks. But if any of you see this, especially those given the liberty to lead, please take a step back. Realize what YOU'RE leading us to. It doesn't matter which side you're on at the end of the day we are all humans and anyone killing anyone else is nothing more than an animal. This post may fade away, but I hope if you do read this, regardless of where you're from, don't hate anyone for their race, religion, color, or gender. There's enough pain around already...Be a beacon of hope for the next generation.
