What it does

Incorporates employee feedback early into the selection process. This allows the hiring manager to more efficiently sift through new applicants. In turn, wasting less time with unproductive interviews.

How we built it

We used MVC .NET for middle tier SQL Server for the backend AngularJS and HTML5 for the UI and VisualStudio, TFS to maintain shared code base

Challenges we ran into

  • Creating an easy to navigate UI that allows hiring managers to easily share new applicants submissions while displaying company feedback in a helpful way

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • We created an MVP from the ground up in 24-36 hrs that has functioning components and an interactive UI
  • Accurately diagnosing a common workplace/job related issue and creating something to better the interview selection process

What we learned

  • We learned that we are capable of establishing a vision, managing a project from the ground up, and bringing it to fruition.
