Inspiration
Nowadays, in this diverse world, many individuals grow up in areas different from their families heritage. This can lead to people feeling disconnected from their culture and unable to find an easy way to learn about their roots. Our mission with creating Cultured was to allow users to explore the cultures of the world in a fun and interactive way. Whether you're learning more about your own culture or a friend's or looking for more information on a country before you travel there, Cultured is your virtual ticket to the world.
What it does
Users can learn about a culture by completing modules, engaging in games and activities to test their knowledge, experiencing a landmark in an immersive augmented reality tour.
How we built it
Cultured was built using Swift, SwiftUI, Firebase, ARKit/RealityKit.
What's next for Cultured
Cultured will be expanding to include even more countries, and will be on the App Store soon!
