A web-based Customer Relationship Management system that enriches traditional customer data with cultural intelligence β offering businesses deep insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and communication strategies without using any personally identifiable information.
Built for the Qloo LLM Hackathon.

Most CRMs still categorize people using outdated labels like "Millennials in NYC" β but this tells us who is buying, not why. We were inspired by the idea that culture is the new demographic. Using cultural intelligence can help businesses communicate with relevance, empathy, and precision β while remaining privacy-first.
