Here I just have taken a campus hiring dataset and have shown there various analysis campus hiring which in ither words means the culture fit between the company and the candidates

Inspiration

First of all I would like to thank Merge Intern Hackyou for giving me this wonderfull oppurtunity to work on such an amazing project

What it does

Here I have brought into notice a few incites about how the placement scenarios or the campus hiring or in other words the culture fit between the employee and the company

How we built it

I built it using the Placement data full class csv file

Challenges we ran into

First an formost challenge was to find a perfect dataset for the given problem.I tried to built my own dataset using the xlnet-large but unfortunately due to some time contraints I was unable to complete the task and finally had to use the Placement data full class csv file.Also while coding finding which algorithm to use was a little challenging for me

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Not something to be very proud of but I think I was able to show the analysis here.

What we learned

I Had a great learning experience from trying ton create my own dataset to analysing the scenario .

What's next for Cultural fit between candidates and the comapany

I think I would definetly like to improve upon the model
