Inspiration
We may have faced a situation of stress and become tired by doing a same set of work repeatedly on a strict deadline Employee burnout often manifests as an increasing lack of enthusiasm and engagement that builds over time in response to job dissatisfaction. The consequences of burnout may include increased employee absence, lower productivity, and higher turnover, all of which can affect a company's bottom line. When we experience stress for an extended period of time without being able to alter, change, or ameliorate it, we can begin to feel empty, numb, devoid of motivation, hopeless, and beyond caring. Fatigue has been broadly described as “a feeling of weariness, tiredness or lack of energy”. In workplace settings, it is commonly associated with nonstandard schedules, such as night shift work and extended work hours, which disrupt or shorten sleep.
What it does
The website Cubicle Carnival is a platform where you can reduce your stress and tiredness by playing some easy yet addictive games like Wordle, 2048, Pong, Hangman and Tic-Tac-Toe. It also has features like Jokes on your boss' name to flush out the anger. Also provides soothing music and other sources to learn new skills like reading books, learning new language, learn cooking, learn astronomy and other trending skills.
How we built it
The website is built using React as the frontend technology, Tailwind CSS for the styling of the website. The games are developed using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Integrating Twilio to the Celebrate section in order to message the fellow coworkers instantly within the website.
