Inspiration Carleton's vast tunnel network inspired us to create a smarter, faster delivery solution to improve campus logistics.

What it does CUBER autonomously delivers items like books, equipment, or snacks across campus using smart routing and obstacle detection.

How we built it We combined sensor-based navigation, computer vision, and efficient pathfinding algorithms to enable CUBER to map, track, and deliver seamlessly.

Challenges we ran into Integrating precise tunnel mapping, ensuring stable connectivity, and refining obstacle avoidance were key challenges.

Accomplishments that we're proud of We're proud of CUBER’s accurate navigation, efficient routing, and successful simulated delivery tests in Carleton’s tunnel network.

What's next for CUBER We aim to expand delivery capabilities, improve UI for user requests, and introduce dynamic scheduling for multiple deliveries.
