Inspiration
Sometimes, I go to the doctor when I'm sick, but I don't remember what my symptoms looked like, or what they felt like, or even when they started. This also makes it more difficult for my doctor to properly diagnose and sometimes I that requires multiple visits for more proper testing which wastes time and money.
What it does
Our project helps users track their symptoms and share it with their doctor through text and image. It also keeps track of when these symptoms occurred. There is also an option to ask general questions to ChatGPT to get a broader idea about possible causes, though the main focus is on being able to give your doctor sufficient and accurate information so as to get true professional guidance.
How we built it
We used vite with react and JavaScript as well as HTML and CSS. Using Typescript based React components we were able to design and build our app very efficiently
Challenges we ran into
We had some trouble trying to implement ChatGPT into our project free of cost. In addition, we had some trouble figuring out how to create multiple pages in the project, but we resolved this by using pop-ups instead.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud to have accomplished so much in such a little period of time, as normally, our projects have a much slower pace for completion.
What we learned
We learned more about coding during a time crunch, as well as having received more experience using react.
