Inspiration

The journey of CSuite began with a stark observation of the startup ecosystem. Many brilliant founders possess the vision and technical prowess to build world-class products, yet they often find themselves trapped in the Founder's Paradox. Without significant funding, they cannot afford to hire a seasoned C-Suite team CEOs, CTOs, CMOs, and COOs with decades of experience.

What it does

CSuite provides an instant, AI-powered virtual executive team tailored to your specific industry and category. Founders can:

Discuss Strategy via Voice: Engage in real-time, low-latency voice discussions with a full board of experts.

Natural Interruption: Speak over agents naturally; they stop, listen, and pivot their advice just like professional humans.

Orchestrated Brainstorming: A CEO Orchestrator dynamically routes your questions to the most relevant board members.

Goal Tracking: Generate and track SMART goals and KPIs derived from your boardroom discussions.

How we built it

Frontend: React 19, Vite, Tailwind CSS, motion/react.

AI Core: Gemini 3 Flash & Pro via @google/genai SDK.

Voice: Gemini Live API (Gemini 2.5 Flash Native Audio) for low-latency, multimodal interaction.

Backend: Firebase (Firestore & Auth) for real-time state and user management.

Challenges we ran into

Implementing Natural Interruption Handling in voice mode. Managing PCM audio buffers and ensuring the AI stops immediately when spoken over, while also engineering the model to pivot its context gracefully without losing the thread of the conversation.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Successfully implementing a low-latency, multi-agent voice boardroom. Creating a CEO Orchestrator that feels like a real human manager coordinating a team. Developing a drag-to-reply interaction that simplifies complex context-sharing in chat.

Deep insights into multi-agent orchestration and the mathematical modeling of startup growth.

What's next for Csuite
