The first time we discussed about this project was in the college class. Our teacher introduced to this event and asked if we are interested to be a part of the event. We attended the group matching event on 3rd OCT 2015. That was the first day we thought of the project and got an opportunity to meet to number of experts and that inspired us to come up with an idea.

The group came up with an idea to build the website which can be used by both doctors and patients. The website provides the medical history of patient to the doctor so that they can diagnose the issue patient is facing with. The software itself provides the basic screening test which is called Cognitive Memory test for D=ementia patient. At the same time system can keep record of the score and the minimum tries taken by the patient and if the variance in the score is instantaneous which means there is something wrong with patient and doctor can keep track of that.

We have used the php platform and few line of javascript code CSS and phpMyAdmin. The server we have used is Wamp server. For now the website is running on the local server but in for the practical use we are planning to upload it on the domain so it could be accessible for the testing purposes.

The biggest challenge we ran into is to determine the suitable screening test, which has to be easy and at the same time it has to be effective so patient can't get used to it and software can provide the desired output.
The main accomplishment we had was the project is working successfully and it is providing the desired result.

The best part of participating in this project specifically came very useful for every member of the team to understand the dementia itself and what are the different ways which can help patient to make their life easy and more comfortable in the real life.

As "BinaryTitans" we couldn't cover the all tests recommended by the "MoCATest", but we are looking forward to add similar kind of tests on our web application and make them available to help Dementia patients in the near future.
