Inspiration
Sedona, AZ. My wife and I hit the road and found ourselves in a place unlike any other—pure magic. Portals, unmatched energy, and vibes that can only be described as unreal. The vastness of the rocks and caves made us feel both small and limitless, while the stars and the environment around us were alive with energy.
But here’s the thing: we wanted more. We wanted to create a space where the serenity of Sedona’s vastness could meet the thrill of the ocean. Enter the beach and jet skis. The feeling of freedom, being out in the middle of the ocean, looking back at the land, completely unbound, is something everyone should feel. Add heart-racing time trials, and you’ve got the perfect mix of calm, chaos, and pure fun.
This is why we wanted to bring this vibe back to VR. Every project we create has meaning, a purpose that goes beyond the pixels and code. Nothing is left to chance. It’s built with intention, connection, and a vision to bring feelings like these to life.

Mixes Fun Art and Gaming together. From hanging out to racing with friends.
Challenges we ran into
My team and I jumped headfirst into creating a world in Meta Horizon Worlds, learning the Horizon scripting language and mastering Blender exports for mobile, web, and VR optimization—all while figuring it out on the fly. It was a grind, but every roadblock became a lesson.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Quickly learning how to build in horizon worlds. Working COHESIVLEY per usual as a team Working with and speaking to other creators and individuals to help learn, foster and grow together in the program and the project.
What we learned
Had to learn typescript. Learning how to optimize exports of FBX's to lineup correctly when imported into Horizon Worlds and has low draw costs. Learning the basics of of C.S.S to do custom UI.
