Inspiration
The inspiration for JobCrypt comes from the challenge crypto projects currently face in recruiting suitable staff and the inability to pay for their job posts using project tokens.
What it does
JobCrypt is a job board dApp that allows the job poster to post the job onto IPFS and pay for their post using cryptocurrency.
How we built it
The platform has been built using Web3 and IPFS. Web3 is used to manage payments and searching features associated with the job posts whilst IPFS is used for storage of that actual post copy.

Key learning was integration of IPFS and Ethereum using Javascript
What's next for Job Crypt
The next steps will be to add analytics features so job posters can evaluate the performance of their job posts and to add candidate reward features
