Problem Statement :

TECHNICAL TRADING IS A DIFFICULT TASK FOR A BEGINNER. HOW WE CAN EASILY TRACK AND PREDICT THE PRICES OF THE CRYPTO AND MAKE AN INVESTMENT DECISION IN CRYPTO EASILY.

What it does :

Our idea is to build an online cryptocurrency tracker app that will have the features of tracking the list and stats of top trending cryptocurrency in the past 24 hours or 1 month which gives the user a very precise idea about the top cryptocurrencies according to the market and how to make best investment decisions in crypto and also predict the prices of crypto coins in next 24 hours or 1 month etc.

Key Features of Hunter App :

1. Trend Chart of top Crypto coins in past 24 hours.
2. Market Cap, Rank and current Price of each Cryptocurrency .
3. Statistical Data History of each crypto coins and its past trends.
4. Price Display of currencies in both INR and USD

Challenges we ran into

1. Integration of machine learning with ReactJS and minimalist design approach for better User experience.
2. Authentication using firebase when users register or login in the web app.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have created a Machine Learning model that can predict crypto currency prices with around 90% of accuracy using prophet library of Facebook also our website is simple and easy to understand by the users that are new to this crypto currency world.

What we learned

We've learned a lot of new technologies during the hackathon including google firebase authentication, Material UI for better User Interface, API handling and React routing along with some JavaScript Libraries.

What's next for Crypto Geeks

1. We should add the investing option in the various cryptocurrencies. Demo trading for learning purpose
2. Predict the prices of various coins using Better Machine Learning Algorithms
3. Integrating Blockchain for payment gateway .
