Inspiration
The inspiration came from my early days of working around the blockchain and crypto space, when it was tough to get right information on cryptos.
What it does
The product will help crypto enthusiasts to learn, analyse, buy, sell and create layers of tech over our software. The product can be used to scrape data from global exchanges and provide right information of any cryptocurrency that exists.
How we built it
We used NodeJS, reactJS and MongoDB to create the prototype.
Challenges we ran into
A big challenge was to work with multiple APIs of various exchanges and applications, to scrape the data online.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were successful in scraping data from any and all exchanges online and streamline the data to be able to analyse and strategically present it.
What we learned
We learnt that the crypto enthusiasts volume is gaining momentum on a daily basis and it is essential to have access to a product that will enable them to have the right and accurate information.
What's next for CryptoExchangeLib
The software can be extended and layers of other softwares and APIs can be added to make it more robust.
