Inspiration

Cryptocurrency is one the most trending topics nowadays and I wanted to create a hack in this topic and after learning required things for that I created this cryptocurrency price tracker.

What it does

It shows prices and related information for different cryptocurrencies , the data is coming from a rest api. Easy search for particular cryptocurrency is also available.

How we built it

Its created in reactjs using coingecko rest api.

Challenges we ran into

challenge was to arranging data coning from api, also getting data for searched currency, But api documentation and related resources helped me learning more about api and terms included in that api, that I showed on frontend.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It has the latest prices for almost all of the cryptocurrency , it's easy to use for everyone on any device, so I'm proud of creating such useful application.

What we learned

I learned more about different cryptocurrency and some topics about Fintech, which will definitely help in when I will be working for a business.

What's next for Cryptocurrency Finance Price Tracker

It could be expanded in future including some features such as saving currency taken by user, showing future aspects of currency he/she want to take, showing best options to invest in cryptocurrency etc.
