Inspiration
Crypto investing especially buying bitcoins has been something that I have always been interested in but when bitcoins were a bit cheaper I was not able to start right away because There was no right away application that catered for people like myself who did not have smartphone access.
What it does
Crypto Suisse uses USSD application to help users with no smartphone on internet access to be able to access the blockchain protocol. Users will simply have to dial *____# and they can buy/sell crypto like bitoin, pay for services etc. this application will be a bridge to their digital wallet.
How we built it
There are various tech stacks used and they are, Solidity truffle, reactjs ,web3.js, ethereum, express, nodemon, africastalking.
Challenges we ran into
connecting the ussd to the main application
Accomplishments that we're proud of
learning other aspects of blockchain development especially the integration of ussd to the blockchain.
What we learned
I am good at Django and web development, I had to learn reactjs to make this a reality.
What's next for Crypto Suisse
we Plan to roll out Crypto Suisse to potential clients who are just getting started Allow users to buy stable coins thus helping users to use our bank for saving their value against inflation and market volatility.
