Inspiration

Crown Services was born out of a passion to bridge the gap between complex enterprise operations and modern autonomous AI capabilities. Many commercial businesses, especially in logistics and trade management, struggle with manual tracking, complex role permissions, and fragmented data systems. Crown Services was built to streamline these operations into an intelligent, unified ERP platform.

What it does

Crown Services is an autonomous enterprise resource planning and management platform:

  • Autonomous Operations: Powered by Gemini 3.5 Flash to automate multi-step enterprise workflows and decision-making asynchronously.
  • Logistics & Tracking: Advanced tracking for shipments, custom documentation, and status updates.
  • Multi-Tenant & Role-Based Access (RBAC): Tiered package management (Bronze, Silver, Gold) with granular user roles and permission control.
  • Cyberpunk Modern UI: A sleek, high-visibility neon aesthetic built for optimal developer and user experience.

How we built it

  • Track & AI Core: Built under the Taskmaster track using Gemini 3.5 Flash through Google GenAI SDK for autonomous execution loops.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Fully deployed and hosted on Google Cloud Services using Cloud Run for containerized backend execution, alongside Cloud SQL and Firestore.
  • Frontend & UI: React / Next.js with a tailored modern neon dashboard design.
  • Database & State: Secure memory persistence for long-running asynchronous workflows.

Challenges we ran into

  • Designing a robust multi-role permission architecture (RBAC) that securely isolates client data while keeping background AI tasks fully operational.
  • Ensuring low latency and zero-trust security when Gemini agents process enterprise-level transactions.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Delivering a scalable, production-ready system with working RBAC, packages, and logistics workflows.
  • Achieving a fully responsive, visually captivating user experience that simplifies heavy operational tasks.

What we learned

  • Deep hands-on experience orchestrating autonomous agents on Google Cloud infrastructure using Gemini models.
  • Mastering asynchronous context propagation for multi-step AI reasoning loops.
