Managing auto spare parts shops and service centers comes with heavy operational challenges—from fragmented multi-branch inventory tracking to handling complex role-based activities. Crown Services was built to seamlessly automate these enterprise workflows, bringing elite-level management tools to businesses of all sizes.

⚙️ What it does

Crown Services is a comprehensive SaaS ERP and POS system optimized for automotive parts and services management. Key highlights include:

• Advanced RBAC: Granular control across 6 roles (Super Admin, Shop Owner, Multi-Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Warehouse, and Cashier) ensuring precise access control.
• Automated Workflows (Autopilot): Self-contained agents that manage real-time inventory levels, automatically trigger low-stock alerts, route multi-branch transfers, and track sales metrics seamlessly.
• Neon POS & Invoicing: High-end cyberpunk-inspired POS checkout interface with instant, beautifully styled receipt thermal-printing and automated invoice logging.
• Tiered Multi-Tenancy: Dedicated subscription levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Branches) with strict user enforcement and automated, localized EGP/USD pricing routing.
• AI Co-Pilot: An embedded AI Assistant that helps shop owners and employees query analytics and automate operational inquiries directly.

🛠️ How we built it

The platform is engineered using a sophisticated monorepo structure utilizing a highly optimized Next.js frontend, an enterprise-grade Express.js/Node.js backend, and fully relational database management powered by MySQL.

🚀 Challenges we faced & Accomplishments

Mapping implicit branch parameters securely across tiered user scopes (like preventing a Branch Manager from accessing global profit analytics while preserving full functionality) required robust architectural planning. We are proud of achieving production-ready security patterns alongside split-second responsive execution.
