Inspiration
The inspiration behind CropCred AI arises from recognizing the crucial challenges faced by smallholder farmers in India, such as delayed access to credit, cumbersome insurance claim processes, and lack of access to digital literacy and personalized agricultural advisory. We are motivated to leverage satellite technology and AI to create an integrated platform that empowers these farmers, fosters financial inclusion, and drives rural prosperity.
What it does
CropCred AI is a satellite-powered ecosystem that integrates crop monitoring, instant credit assessment, automated insurance enrollment, and multi-channel farmer education. By combining AI/ML models, satellite data, and user-friendly mobile and voice interfaces, the platform provides smallholder farmers with fast access to financial services, trustworthy advisory, and digital literacy tools—all in one place.
How we built it
