Inspiration

Agriculture depends heavily on timely operations like irrigation and fertilizer application. Many farmers rely on memory or manual notes, which can lead to missed schedules. We wanted to create a simple digital tool to make farm planning easier and more reliable.

What it does

CropCare helps users select a crop, enter the sowing date, and automatically generates reminders for irrigation, fertilizer, and pest control activities. It ensures important farm tasks are completed on time.

How we built it

We built the project using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The system calculates activity dates based on predefined intervals and displays them in a clear, structured format.

Challenges we ran into

Implementing accurate date calculations and keeping the interface simple were our main challenges. We focused on maintaining clarity while ensuring the tool remained functional.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully converted a real agricultural problem into a working web-based solution. The project is simple, practical, and easy to use.
