Crop Yield Prediction

Inspiration

We were inspired by the fact that many farms are now lacking nutrients to grow certain crops. Many crops don't grow without certain nutrients.

What it does

The project allows the user to search for local farms. They can also see what crops the farm can grow based on the temperature, humidity and amount of rainfall.

How we built it

We built the website to host the ML model using JS. The Model is being built using python

Challenges we ran into

We ran into problems with he ML model as there were many packages to be installed taking up a lot of time. Also our git commands wouldn't work eating up more time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have a fully functional website with a google API for maps

What we learned

We learned many git commands and how to implement ML model into our code

What's next for Crop Yield Prediction

We plan on building this project even further to make a fully functional ML model
