About the Project

Inspiration

Our inspiration for CRM Genie came from our own experiences with managing customer relationships. We wanted to empower small and medium-sized businesses to better manage their customer relationships without the need for complex coding or expensive software.

What it Does

CRM Genie is a customer relationship management platform that helps businesses manage and track their interactions with customers. It allows users to store customer information, track sales opportunities, and schedule follow-up tasks.

How We Built It

We built CRM Genie using Airtable a no-code/low-codeas. We used Airtable to retrieve and store data, and implemented various features such as contact management, deal tracking, and task scheduling.

Challenges We Ran Into

One of the main challenges we faced was integrating the various tools and platforms to create a seamless user experience. We also had to ensure that the platform was scalable and could handle a growing number of users and data.

Accomplishments That We're Proud Of

We're proud of creating a tool that simplifies customer relationship management for businesses. We believe that CRM Genie can make a significant impact on how businesses manage their customer relationships.

What We Learned

Through this project, we learned the power and flexibility of no-code/low-code tools in software development. We also gained a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in building a CRM platform for small and medium-sized businesses.

What's Next for CRM Genie

In the future, we plan to add more features to CRM Genie, such as email integration, reporting tools, and mobile apps. We also aim to integrate with other popular CRM platforms to provide a seamless experience for our users.
