Crisis tool to assess stress level (prototype)
Prototype on heroku
Our tool was created at the VersusVirus hackathon in Switzerland.
This tool is our solutions to challenge Nr. 95:
HR management tool for crisis situations
In this first prototype, we created a tool for leaders to help them track the stress level of their team.
For all those who are not part of a team using this app, we developed an independant tool.
Our solution alerts higher stress levels amongst the team hence lower immunity, which subsequently increases the risk of getting infected, with following consequences:
- Individual members not being in a position to contribute
- Teams suffer from absences and decreased efficiency
- The leader not able to optimize resources and scheduling
- Increase risk of burn-out lack of morale creating a vicious cycle
Our crisis stress self-assessment and reporting tool that has the potential to alert team members and leaders on higher stress levels.
Our user-friendly tool is online which makes it easily accessible with additional features:
- Track trends of team’s distress level
- Takes less than 2 minutes to complete
- Intuitive and easy “yes” / “no” answering format
- Easily scalable across sectors and industries in Switzerland (medical, governmental, defense, manufacture etc.)
In addition, our tool can be used beyond the current pandemic in other crisis situations for resource-management to support leadership in better decision-making
This tool is for people who want to check their stress level independant to any other persons.
The results of the questionnair isn't stored.
Once you fill in this form you immediately get the result of the test.
For the team tool, the leader of the group has to create a team link for the group.
On the link /team the leader can create this team link while deciding if only he should be able to see the result, or if all participants can see the result of the others (if they want).
The link looks something like:
After getting this link, the leader sends it to the team.
The team can now fill out the questionnaire regurarly (once a day at best).
The question change every day, so the questionnaire isn't getting boring over time. But on the same day, every team member has the same questions.
To fill out the questionnaire, one only needs about 2 minutes
At the bottom of the questionnair the participant can choose if he wants to allow the others to see his result.
Only the result (Number from 0-10) is saved, not every awnser!
The team leader can go to his link /admin to see all results of the team, to decide further actions to ensure that everyone is healphy in this crisis situation.
In our example the link looks would be:
This site is protected by username and password to ensure, only the leader can access this page.
In the prototype, the credentials are:
On the admin page, the leader sees the last testresult of all team members and a trend-graph to controll the trend of their stress level situation.
