Inspiration

My team has always felt that it is impossible to predict the outcome of a match. Then we came across Datathon through my college faculties. We have come to learn more about data science apart from curriculum. Eventually we decided to implement our knowledge in this project to predict the cricket matches.

What it does

It analyses the data from the database and runs its course to predict the match about how many runs does a batsman can score against the opponent bowlers and check with the pitch condition, weather, his past run rates and scores.

How we built it

We used the IBM server and did our best to solve this problem.

Challenges we ran into

Due to shortage of time we couldn't implement our complete project.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have learned about many interesting things about data science.

What we learned

We have learned about data science, database and main frame.

What's next for Cricket Predictor

It is to create a complete app which can give predictions very accurately. It has a very large future as it can be used for selecting players for Dream 11, ect.
