Inspiration
While I was using other Web3 wallets, I realized that they are complex to use in some aspects, which makes it difficult for some people, especially those who have less access to technical knowledge. They need a solution that is not only simple to use but also gives them access to the security and reliability of blockchain.
What it does
Cresento Wallet is a wallet designed to make transactions over blockchain simple regardless of anyone's technical expertise.
Challenges we ran into
This is the first time I made a chrome extension, so the dealing with webpack.config.js & manifest.json was one of the trickiest parts. Apart from that, all of my previous projects used other wallets such as Metamask & Coinbase to make transactions on the blockchain, but here I had to make that using libraries such as Web3 & Ethers which was a bit tricky in the beginning as perviously I used to surpass the layer (because of external wallets) on which I spent most of my time during the making of Cresento resolving errors and more.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
After all the work that has been done to make Cresento working, it is no doubt one of the projects that I will not forget in my life.
What's next for Cresento Wallet
The first add-on I would like to bring to Cresento Will be Multi-sig functionality. It will allow more that one people to sign a transaction. It will have huge use-cases such as in business or partnership etc.
