Creating YouTube content is a repetitive and time-consuming process. Creators often switch between multiple AI tools for research, scripting, SEO, thumbnails, and publishing plans. This fragmented workflow slows productivity and breaks creative momentum.
We wanted to solve this problem by building a single intelligent platform where specialized AI agents collaborate to transform one content idea into a complete, publish-ready package.

🚧 Challenges we ran into
One of the biggest challenges was designing an orchestration workflow where every AI agent produced outputs that remained consistent with previous stages.
We also focused heavily on creating a clean and intuitive user experience while ensuring the generated content remained structured, relevant, and easy to navigate.
Balancing response quality, execution speed, and prompt consistency across the pipeline required multiple iterations and careful prompt engineering.
