Inspiration
I have been writing music for 3 years. I play my songs on the piano, and I have no idea how to digitalize my music. My friend, Adil, plays guitar and writes incredible lyrics, but can not sing. Where do we find teammates, help, and like-minded people? Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram are inefficient at this point. That is why we made up CreatorHub, a social network aimed at the interaction of musicians.
What it does
Our app allows users to download the piece of music they are willing to develop. They categorize it as piano, guitar, vocals, or another way. On another hand, for example, a drummer looking to play his part searches for a guitar piece. That is where they connect. A drummer goes to the chat, proposing to team up and now musicians start working on their common project.
How we built it
I built a prototype for this app on Figma, and started coding in Python. Because of the lack of time, I decided to first make a prototype for this application.
Challenges we ran into
Programming was the crucial and hardest part of our project.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The full prototype and list of functions for my app, some new connections I made within the WaffleHacks
What we learned
I learned how to brainstorm and identify the most potentially full ideas of mine. I learned some new aspects of coding in Python, and plan to develop my idea.
What's next for CreatorHub
A running CreatorHub, an ecology app TABIGAT.
Built With
