Inspiration

We were inspired by Andreessen Horowitz's "Big Ideas 2026" report highlighting personalization and generative AI as the defining trend, with the creator economy at the center. We identified a critical problem: UGC creators spend 10+ hours/week and up to €2,000/month adapting content across platforms. Their business doesn't scale—more clients means linearly more work, creating a revenue ceiling. With mature generative AI technology finally available, we asked: What if every creator had their own AI-powered production studio in their pocket?

What it does

CreatorFlow AI transforms a single idea into multi-platform content in 30 seconds:

Input: User describes their content + uploads a reference image AI Magic: Our 4-stage pipeline analyzes their unique style (colors, mood, aesthetic) and generates platform-optimized content Output: Ready-to-publish posts for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn—perfectly adapted to each platform's format and tone

How we built it

Tech Stack: Frontend: Next.js 14 + Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui (built with Lovable.dev) Backend: FastAPI (Python)

AI Pipeline: Stage 1: Style Analyzer (color extraction, aesthetic detection) Stage 2: Logic Builder (platform-specific strategy) Stage 3: Text Generator (Featherless GPT-4 Turbo) Stage 4: Image Generator (Gemini pro API)

Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL + Storage)

Challenges we ran into

Team Dynamics: We were complete strangers—learning to work together under pressure was intense but rewarding Style Consistency: Generated content looked different across platforms; created persistent "style profile" JSON Prompt Engineering: Single prompts didn't work for all platforms; built dynamic templates per platform Time Pressure: 10 hours meant brutal prioritization—we cut features ruthlessly to ship the core MVP Real-time UX: 30-second generation felt slow; added skeleton loaders + progress animations Learning Curve: None of us had used Featherless AI before—documentation diving while coding

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Shipped a fully functional product in 10 hours (frontend + backend + AI pipeline) 4-stage AI pipeline working end-to-end with real multi-platform generation Style-aware generation that maintains brand identity across platforms Professional pitch deck (14 slides) + demo video Went from strangers to a synchronized team in record time Proved rapid AI development is possible with the right stack

What we learned

Prompt engineering is an art: Iterated 20+ times to perfect multi-platform generation API orchestration is complex: Chaining 4 APIs with error handling requires careful planning AI tools are force multipliers: Lovable.dev gave us 5x frontend speed boost FastAPI is blazingly fast: Production-ready API in 2 hours
