Inspiration

Content creators spend more time managing content than creating it. They constantly switch between planning tools, AI assistants, editing tutorials, SEO tools, calendars, and publishing platforms. We wanted to build one intelligent platform that automates the entire creator workflow—from idea to publishing—while helping creators improve their editing skills through AI-powered video analysis.

What it does

CreatorFlow AI is an AI operating system for creators. It helps creators generate ideas, write scripts, optimize SEO, plan publishing schedules, and stay consistent. Its flagship feature, Creator Blueprint, allows users to submit a reference video, which AI analyzes to detect editing techniques, transitions, pacing, captions, effects, and storytelling patterns. CreatorFlow then generates a personalized step-by-step learning path that teaches creators how to recreate similar techniques using popular editing software. Instead of using multiple disconnected tools, creators complete their entire workflow in one platform.

The platform uses Claude to generate structured content calendars, scripts, SEO assets, thumbnail prompts, and promotional content. Long-running AI tasks are queued with BullMQ and processed by a dedicated worker, ensuring a fast and responsive user experience. Generated assets and media are securely stored in Cloudflare R2, while PostgreSQL and Prisma manage user data, content plans, workflow progress, and analytics. This architecture allows CreatorFlow AI to scale efficiently as creators generate and manage large amounts of content.

Challenges we ran into

One of our biggest challenges was designing a platform that solved multiple creator pain points without becoming overwhelming. We also explored how AI could analyze editing styles from reference videos and transform them into educational, step-by-step learning experiences instead of simply copying existing content.
