Inspiration

As a student and part-time content creator from Uganda studying abroad, I faced constant challenges: finding the right niche, creating content without equipment, generating scripts, designing thumbnails, and monetizing my YouTube or blog work. I realized that millions of aspiring creators from underrepresented or low-income regions face the same struggles. So I built Asira AI to level the playing field using the power of AI, automation, and smart analytics — helping creators from idea to income.

What it does

Asira AI is a cross-platform assistant for beginner content creators and businesses. It allows users to: Discover trending and profitable content niches using AI Auto-generate YouTube scripts, SEO titles, captions, hashtags, and ad scripts Suggest thumbnails, descriptions, and video outlines Analyze mock (and later real) YouTube channel analytics and give AI-powered improvement tips Recommend digital products to sell (affiliate mockup) Connect businesses with niche-based upcoming influencers Educate users with a "Boost Academy" knowledge hub Enable business–creator communication, reviews, and collaborations

How we built it

I used the following technologies to bring Asira AI to life: Gemini AI to power script generation, niche detection, and smart advice Replit to host the full-stack web app and database TailwindCSS and HTML/CSS for responsive UI JavaScript and Flask (or Node.js) for backend logic Simulated YouTube Data API and Google Trends API for trend and analytics features Planning to add Stripe, Firebase, and Meta APIs in future updates ChatGPT helped me organize the Bolt prompt, shape my MVP pitch, and iterate faster during development.

Challenges we ran into

API authorization restrictions (YouTube OAuth client blocks real-time analytics) Limited budget (lost access to Bolt Pro after trial) and lost my bank account to use my free Bolt creator Coupon Lack of access to paid services due to card and SIM limitations Difficulty generating high-quality thumbnails and analytics insights with limited APIs Time constraints to complete a full cross-platform MVP Testing under slow internet and limited system resources Despite these obstacles, I pushed forward because the mission is bigger than the problems.

Accomplishments that I'am proud of

Successfully built Asira AI from scratch during the World’s Largest Hackathon using Bolt AI for content generation and logic orchestration Leveraged Bolt’s AI tools to create a smart assistant that helps beginner creators discover niches, generate scripts, and grow their channels Overcame limitations like losing Bolt Pro access, lack of payment methods, and regional restrictions by improvising with Gemini AI and free APIs Created a clean, responsive front end with cross-platform potential and a real MVP experience in just a few days Simulated real-time analytics, content automation, and influencer discovery — all from a single web app Demonstrated how Bolt AI can be used for mission-driven development, empowering underserved digital creators worldwide Designed the app for future scaling with real APIs, creator onboarding, affiliate integration, and business–creator collaboration features

What I learned

You don’t need full funding to make a difference — resourcefulness beats resources Smart prompts and UI design significantly enhance AI effectiveness for beginners Simulated MVPs are valid when the vision is clear AI is a tool, but the true product is the impact it creates
