What's next for Creator Handoff Preflight

Inspiration

Independent streamers, photographers and editors need to explain which project files are ready for a collaborator. Delivery requirements may be scattered across documents, duplicate media and incomplete usage notes. A successful file search alone cannot answer whether a handoff is ready.

What it does

Creator Handoff Preflight is a Round 1 proposal and initial Markdown Skill for a bounded creator project on UGREEN AI NAS. Its workflow connects selected requirements to file and media evidence, reports ready, not-ready or unknown findings, and keeps documented usage assertions separate from technical compliance.

The proposed flow begins with a read-only check. A later copy requires an exact item and destination plan plus explicit approval. Destination hashes distinguish an intended handoff from a verified copy. Originals must remain unchanged; the Skill does not grant copyright clearance.

How it is designed

The parent delegates scoped work to registered Uliya experts: ug-document through document-agent, and ug-filesystem plus ug-filemgr through file-agent. Default limits are 50 files, four directory levels, 100 MiB per file and 500 MiB total. Missing evidence stays unknown. Changed sources, destination collisions and uncertain writes stop dependent copying.

What is complete

The initial Skill and four directly linked Markdown references are authored, alongside an English ten-answer proposal PDF. Existing official static checking reports zero errors and three warnings for dynamic task templates that require real target values. Synthetic walkthroughs are design fixtures only. NAS execution, permissions, model routing and actual copying remain unverified.

Challenges and next steps

The central design challenge is preserving the difference between a completed check, an approved plan and a completed delivery. If selected, the assigned remote NAS session will validate an approved copy with matching hashes, an incomplete project with no writes, and a collision or interrupted copy that preserves originals and reports partial results. A genuine NAS demonstration would follow that validation.

Tools and disclosure

OpenAI Codex assisted concept development, Skill and proposal authoring, and review. Original Skill instructions and references use the MIT License. UGREEN platform tools remain under UGREEN terms; the vendor creation kit is excluded from the upload. No third-party runtime, external API, real user dataset or model weights are bundled. Platform processing and model routing must be verified before using real data; fully offline operation is not claimed.
