Inspiration~ One of my challenges in Global Hack Week 3 powered by Major League Hacking.
What it does~ Solana's SOL tokens are then staked and used as collateral to process transactions on the network. These transactions include everything from validating smart contracts to using Solana as a non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace.
How I built it ~ " spl - token create - token" then enter in new terminal in Solana.`
Challenges I ran into~ As I'm a beginner , I was neither able to operate Solana nor I was able to understand it until I took help from the live event organized by Global Hack Week 3.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of~ finally able to operate and understand the working of Solana and writing my first code in it.
What I learned~ Since the entire point of blockchain technology is to provide decentralized systems, Solana attempts to process transactions at speeds akin to a large, centralized company like Visa while maintaining the decentralization of Bitcoin. This speed allows for increased scalability since the environmental and monetary costs of Solana’s systems are lower. Solana’s SOL tokens are then staked and used as collateral to process transactions on the network. These transactions include everything from validating smart contracts to using Solana as a non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace.
What's next for Creating token in Solana ~ Getting some SOL airdropped to my developer wallet
