Creating a RAG app

Following the steps given in the livelab of Oracle, we create a RAG app with UI to identify the content of different PDFs and make a chatbot about this documents. note: the porpouse of the RAG is to give context to the LLM about the documents and with that is not neccesary to train the LLM to react to certain prompts.
