Major League Hacking is my inspiration.
What it does
It is a business plan for food and farming.
How we built it
1) Before starting my business plan for my product, so in this case it lies in the food and farming sector. 2) After that, I would classify my product whether it is specifically a farming product or a food i.e Bakery stuff. 3) After that I would look over my company and its description. It depends on my budget whether it will be a small size or big size company. 4) I will do market analysis for it. Whether its trending in the market and there is an ample of opportunity to earn profits and off course serve some delicious cupcakes!. I will also introspect whether stakes are high for me i.e loss. 5) After it I will focus on business offerings to my customers. Specifically it means what kind of sub products I am going to deliver. 6) Management is the key. I will look for some strong compassionate and hard working individuals to build my management team. 7) At last and the most important part, I will do marketing. It depends on my budget whether I can do marketing over pamphlets or some commercial advertisement. This is my cool business plan. I kept it general so most of us can relate with the plan.
