Inspiration

We were inspired by the provided NEPTATEC permitting dataset.

What it does

Search locations and find the nearest project sites and the impact that they are having on you.

How we built it

We built a Go backend to interface with the data and OpenAI to summarize the impact of projects and displayed the data on a HTML/JavaScript/CSS frontend.

Challenges we ran into

Cleaning the data and finding the coordinates of each project site.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Building an end to end product that solves the problem we set out to solve.

What we learned

We learned a little about how these permits are structured and one of our teammates learned Go for the first time.
