Inspiration

I was at an Aladdin Jr production that was hosted by a church relatively local to me. The show had all special need actors, who had a buddy on stage with them to help them play their character. What was neat on top of that, at the end of the show, in the lobby there were many stands ran by people with special needs. They were promoting their business, and had art work of all kinds, weaving, paintings, sketches, and more. This is where CraftedBy Started

What it does

CraftedBy connects people who may normally struggle to find customers in the oversaturated market, to find and build a community that genuinely supports them.

How I built it

I built it using Swift Playgrounds and SwiftUI

Navigating from the message button in the creator details to the chat thread including them

What's next for CraftedBy

Reformatting it into a website more reachable to people, and making it truly be functional and allowing creators to sign up, rather than just a demo.
