Inspiration

We use Salesforce CPQ in our organization, agentforce use case could drastically speed up the selling motion giving back valuable time to Sales and focus on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

What it does

Generates a CPQ quote for a customer, provides list of products to select from and add to the quote. If selected product has options, lists down the options for the user to select from.

Sending input from the agent back into salesforce flows

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Successfully created a quote with multiple products for a customer account

What we learned

How the agent started learning based on usage and improved responses, the way the agent connects responses from the user back to actionable inputs for the flow was interesting.

What's next for CPQ Agent

Product Configuration in a more user friendly way, auto suggest products for the customer looking at similar sales segments.
