Inspiration
In any business environment, making connections and expanding outreach can have a massive impact on your company’s foundation. No matter your business size, scale or sector, creating connections and alliances is crucial to business success. Whether those ties are as small as one impactful conversation or as large as an ongoing partnership, business success is built on connection. This ideology inspired us to work towards building an easy and effective resource / tool for these entrepreneurs to meet their ideal business partners.
What it does
CoWorkNet aims to connect small entrepreneurs from across the country and help them in expanding their business. At CoWorkNet we believe that associating your brand with others in the same industry or geography can open many doors, as it exposes your company to many people you might not have reached.
How we built it
Thinking of idea was the biggest task. Once we came up with the main idea behind CoWorkNet, executing it the way we wanted turned out be tough. We used HTML and CSS to come up with the basic blueprint of our website and we are still working to improve it to the standards we want it to be. Our team members played a crucial part in coming to this stage.
Challenges we ran into
Our biggest challenge was to implement our idea in a way which would make the process of networking easier. We have come across sites who claim to increase networking but they focus more on the work than the people. Here at CoWorkNet, we give priorities to the needs of our users and try to accommodate their preferences as much as we can. Connecting like-minded people has been a daunting task and we are working everyday to make the process more efficient.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Our biggest achievement till now was coming up with an idea which is user friendly and keeps the user's preference as priority. With the proper implementation of our website, we hope to help people all across the world to connect and grow their business. Helping the small entrepreneurs in growing their business will surely be an accomplishment.
What we learned
While working on our idea, we became more familiar with the entrepreneurship industry. We also discovered the various advantages of networking. Also, we learnt more about HTML and CSS which we could apply not only in this project but also in many other ways.
What's next for CoWorkNet
CoWorkNet will help entrepreneurs grow and expand their network. The more the people who take part in this initiative, bigger gets the network and so does CoWorkNet. Through the expansion of this project more ideas will be implemented and dreams will come true.
