Inspiration

After many year and many communities , the effect of less womans in techical teams exists. Even when existis teams with different local or nationalities the assignation of work is not dont based on skill. Jira can not show this...

What it does

Coworkers is a community of woman with google certifications and high skilled. Services are provided but customers will make the commitmend with the contract but not with the team.

In a sequre entviornment , juniors can learn. Mixed teams are also possible.

In order to know the skills of the woman, we set a database created based on a pdf of their CSV. This is analysed on gcp and saved in Bigquery. Cloud Vision and vertex AI services allow the ocr of the CSVs. After it GEMINI can be used to identify potentially projects and possible courses to be taken.

All is is done gcp services in cloud using gemini and vertex AI

As I really I dont have the time, but I know there is a huge gap due to bias. I would like to proceed in my free time or look for some other team member for front ent.
