In this Pandemic time, Most of us have faced a lot of problems and difficulties, and we all have waited for vaccines to be created as soon as possible. And now the prominent pharmaceutical companies have created a vaccine with the effective result after many phase trials. So keeping in mind the distribution of vaccines among the hospitals across the country, we have come up with the idea of creating an app for distributing the vaccine and allocating the vaccine for deserving candidates.

We are going to create the app with Doctors as End-User, where he/she gets to add patients who need vaccines. After the doctor adds patient data, the app will take the patient's data, sort it according to the diseases’ fatality and age of the patient. After this, the app will display the waiting list of patients according to the Priority Constraints given by us. After that, we will take into account the number of vaccines available and allocate it to the patients on the top of the sorted list. After that, the patient who is vaccinated will be removed from the waiting list and added to the displayed list in the Covix App.

Our app not only helps in sorting out the patients based on seniority, but It has also taken chronic diseases into account, doctors can access this app without any hassle, and with a smooth user interface, This app saves time and completes the basic requirements

Challenges we ran into We had a lot of challenges connecting our flutter application with jupyter notebook. Similarly, we had connecting problems between python files and firebase. There were some minor bugs. Eventually, we got rid of all the bugs and our application worked perfectly.

We plan to integrate our mobile Application with some APIs that are available so that we will be able to integrate additional functionalities which will include

1. Hospital Inventory Management - By the help of the application the users ( Doctors) can be able to keep track of the medicinal supplies , if there will be any shortage our application will be able to notify the respective authorities of the shortage
2. The application will also contain organ donation lists , where the doctors will put up a list of prospective patient's organ transplants
3. We plan to make our app regional rather than global such that if the doctor wants to check the vaccinated people or the organ transplant list of a particalur city rather than the entire state
