COVID19 Resources Website

My mom works for the county, so a lot of her friends have been asking her about different resources to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, as many of them are worried to go grocery shopping, or have lost income. Not everyone has a county employee to call, so I thought it'd be nice to create a website with some basic resources. When I started, I didn't know any HTML, so I spent this weekend learning some basics. I also learned how to build a website. I created .htm files using notepad, and one central .css file to style the pages. I would test my code by opening the .htm file in Google Chrome. I face challenges uploading my code to tumblr, because of how tumblr processes internal links.
