Inspiration
Creating a fully-functional project over the course of the Hackathon, which has something to do with COVID19.
What it does
It displays important events related to COVID19 on a timeline. It makes it easy to learn about the history of the virus.
How I built it
The app is separated into a frontend and backend.
The backend is written in Kotlin, data is stored in a MongoDB. It exposes the data via GraphQL.
The frontend is written in Typescript + Angular.
What's next for covid19-history
We want to keep on working on the project. There are not that many events in the DB yet, and the frontend needs a little bit of work :).
