Challenges we ran into
Making the database connect to a webserver was a major issue as it was difficult link Django and authenticate the user. Most of the user specific applciations are not yet restricted so most people can access them all.
What's next for Covid Tracer
Fully developing the server interface. Rolling out the application among the userbase as it is dependant on being used by the comunities. There would be a need for mass advertising and making locals aware as most people have mobile phones.
