Covid Smasher

Inspiration

We had seen many times people do not wear the mask and police sometimes do not able to catch such people so we had build this project to solve this problem.

What it does

It detect the number plate of people who had not wears the mask.

How we built it

we had used python libraries like opencv, haarcascade_russian_plate_number. Also we had used cascade-classifier-haarcascade_frontalface_default

Challenges we ran into

Using both mask detector and number plate detection is a very challenging task for us.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We had completed the project before the deadline.

What we learned

We had learned the use of opencv library of python.

What's next for Covid Smasher

We want to add feature by which the details of the person can also be saved by their number plate.
