Inspiration

When looking for a nearby COVID test location online, sometimes it's hard to find the most relevant option.

What it does

Enter your country and area code, and sort through nearby testing center locations. View COVID information and prevention tips. If a user for example only wants to see non-referral testing sites, or centers with appointment only so they do not have to wait hours in line, they can sort it.

How I built it

Google DevTools, Visual Studio Code, and MSVS. Used text files to input test center data. Used Bootstrap for the CSS, which is free and open source (https://www.bootstrapcdn.com/). Images are also free use, as they have a CC0 free to use creative commons license. Challenges I ran into

Implementing classes and functions, as we have never used JavaScript before.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Website is not static-- has functionality. The website form can store data, such as the area code.

What I learned

Learned more about HTML, classes, and functions.
