Inspiration
We made a retro style game for our individual final projects in a university Java class so we wanted to create something new expanding upon the skills that we already had.
What it does
Covid Cleaner 2200 is a modern day adaptation of the classic Nintendo game Doctor Mario.
How we built it
We built it using the gradle game development library for Java. We followed common object oriented principles such as usage of classes.
Challenges we ran into
Merging branches and conflicting information Working with others in midst of keeping up to our commitments. Debugging the game.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Having something to submit after only coding for 48 Retaining our sleep schedules
What we learned
A better understanding of git How to work in a team Dividing work between people Working with the gradle library
What's next for Covid Cleaner 2200
Packaging the gradle application so that it available in the web for anyone to play Fixing all of the current bugs Refactoring the code and making it more optimized Remaking the sprites to look more pleasing
