Inspiration

COVID situation bring a lot of mess and chaos to healthcare organizations without digital solutions to track patients with covid-19 in one place so they had to sync their work by phone or excel sheets and that slows down them a lot

What it does

We creating a platform to track all covid related cases on one platform in one database to real-time tracking, data analysis, situations predications, etc

How I built it

It's React.js on front-end, Node.js on backend and Postgres SQL database which can be put on Ministry of Health side to isolate personal medical data access

Challenges I ran into

solution development was started 2 weeks ago and we expect to complete it in nearest days because every day counted and we agreed with Ministry of Health in Belarus that they will be ready to pilot it immediately

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

It will really help our medical organizations to track covid-related cases in real time and optimize their workflow to save more people!

What I learned

In bad times some real magic happens - team of engineers able to develop complicated medical product in 2 weeks and present to government Ministry of Health free of charge to same a lot of people. And Ministry of Health ready to pilot this proposal in reand environment to spped up their processes

What's next for COVID cases tracking platform

We plan to finish testing in Belarus and propose it to other countries who experiencing issues with digital tracking of covid cases
