Covid Care Tool

What it does

Tool will determine the next best action i.e. Quarantine or to Seek Treatment based on the input from the Patient personal details like Age, Race, Chronic Conditions which are the predictors to the Predictive rule.

How we built it

We used Case Management, Survey Questions, Decision Strategy , Predictive analytics and web chat bot.

Challenges we ran into

Collection of the Historical Data to create the Predictive rule and most of the team members were new to Decision strategy and Predictive analytics topics.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are able to determine the Next Best Action based on the Predictive analytics.

What we learned

We learned how to use the Decision Strategy to invoke the predictive rule to determine the next best action and use the same in the Case processing and using the Web chatbot to invoke the case. It was great learning experience to understand the topics related to Decision Strategy , Predictive analytics.

What's next for Covid Care Tool

Enhance the Predictive analytics with additional predictors and using adaptive analytics along with Predictive analytics to determine the next best action. Enhance the tool to add more use cases to determine the next best action .
