Covid-19 Whistle Blower

Inspiration

A High School student recently took a picture of their school. This picture exposed unsafe practices in the school. The students in the school were not wearing masks. The person who took the picture was suspended because of taking that photo.

What it does

The website allows people to anonymously post reports of people, restaurants, schools who are violating certain social distancing guidelines.You can search the posts on the map by searching the location you would like to see.

How we built it

We built it using an html webpage, and Mapbox.

Challenges we ran into

The hardest challenge we ran into was getting the submitted data from the sheets to show on the map.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of making a website for the first time. And adding a functioning map onto the website

What we learned

We learned a lot of code in Html, Java script, and CSS. We also learned how to integrate Mapbox onto our website

What's next for Covid-19 Whistle Blower

We plan to make the website to look and work much more smoothly
